Q: 1. How do we start to cooperate?

A:  All our products can be customized. Usually we start from design structure and size for customers. At this stage, you need to tell us you main requirements, using environments and demand qty. It will be better if you can send us a sample. We can also provide the design for you information. After you checked, we will offer you details quotation with our latest price.

Q: 2. Are you a trader or manufacturer?

 A: We are manufacture. Our company have two manufacture, one is located in Qingdao, the other is located in Foshan and our office is in Shenzhen.

Q: 3. Are there sample of your products available?

 A: Yes, We are willing to make samples for customer reference before mass production. 

Q: 4. What is your raw material?

 A: Cabon steel Q235 (equivalent to A36, SS41 and RSt37-2) is our main raw material. Q195, Q345 and stainless steel also are available.

Q: 5. Terms of tradement?

 A: CIF, FOB, CFR or EXW are all available.

Q: 6. Terms of payment?

 A: Regularly, 30% TT deposit in advance, 70% TT balance against before loading;  PayPal, Western Union, Cash are all accepted.

Q: 7. Lead time?

 A: Usually, 25days after received deposit for 1x40HQ container. It also depends on the Qty. of order. For urgent order, we will adjust production schedule as your requirement accordingly.

Q: 8. Warranty?

 A: We can provide one year warranty for all of XYX METAL Products. Usually, our products can be used 2-5 years. It depends on the using environments, reasonable use and product maintenance.
